Ears Standing?

It seems like everyone has the same questions regarding posting...will my dogs ears stand?!

The answer usually has something to do with pockets, the bell, and "if they show any weakness repost them".
Well...its my turn.

Einstein has had his ears out 1 week. I think hes through with teething, hes 19 weeks, and they've looked "good" for the week.
My questions are:
1. He has creases in the front and back going horizontal...Im guessing those are pockets. They are in the spot he folds his ears back. Do I need to try to get rid of them? Will I ever be able to?
2. How often should he fold his ears back? They lay flat against his head, its intentional so I dont count that as his ears flopping.
3. This "weakness" people talk about...where would it show? When his ears are up but hes not focused on anything particular they will sometimes flip and flop about half way up to either side a bit...never to the point where I have to stand it back up...they just sway a bit when he moves or runs. How rigid should his ears be when they're done? Never bend? Bend often and easily etc...

His ears have been posted since he got them cropped at 9 weeks. For 2.5 months minus this week he has never had them out more than 1-2 days and that was when he had a reaction to the tape. Otherwise it was posted, and reposted with only about 2 hours between every 3-5 days. I'd really like to be done with his antlers.

And one of his ears folded back. You can see the crease and how he folds them back in this pic.

Thanks,
