4 month old pup ear issue

My 4 month old had her ears cropped at 10 weeks. We have been posting since about 2 weeks after that delayed due to healing and then an infection. They will stand for about 4-5 hours not posted. Right ear is the weakest. My concern is that her right ear moves much more than the left from front to back. It just seems looser than the left. It kinda flops around unless she is holding it at attention. When relaxes the left is where it should be in my opinion but the right is usually hanging back. When alert they look fine but it just bugs me.

Thoughts?

It is common to have one ear stronger than the other ear. You really shouldn't be leaving them unposted and let them fall. While it may not be ruined, you will increase you time in posting. Let the ears down in the AM, encourage the dog to use the ears, and back up that evening. At 4 months, they are still teething and will require more posting. You have to let them heal before posting but once that is done, you need to be doing back to back postings. If posted correctly without wrinkles in the tape etc. you should not be getting infections. Also, search half posts on this forum. We've used that method many times and is great for puppies that won't tolerate posts in their ears. We alternate the in the ear, and 1/2 posts. Some do only half posts so they will stand but you can't leave them down till they fall.
