| 7 month old female looking for a new lease on life.
Hey everyone, haven't posted in awhile.
I am currently fostering a 7 month old female. She has natural ears, and a docked tail. She is AKC registered, but to a no good hobby breeder.
I picked her up 2 weeks ago from a Craigslist add. She has clearly been abused. When I got her her weight was very thin, and she had a large welt on her neck. She was also fully in tact, just glad I got to her before another bad breeder could get their hands on her.
She has seen my vet, and is confirmed parasite, worm, and heartworm free. As well as no fleas. She was spayed today, as well as microchipped.
She has no aggression issues that I can see, and is actually a very sweet dog. She is still very unsure of everything due to being abused.
She has not had any training including potty training, other than what she has received from me in the last two weeks. She is excellent with male/female dogs, as well as cats, and well behaved children. She hates politicians and squirrels, who can blame her?
Now that her spay is complete I will be looking for a new home for her. She comes with a fancy Hurrta winter coat that was donated to us. All of her vet bills were also donated by the many kind members on doberman chat.
If anyone is interested in adding this sweet girl to your pack please get ahold of me. I would prefer she goes somewhere locally so I can check out the home situation. If you guys would like to network this on Facebook that would be greatly appreciated as well.

I have contacted KC rescue but they are full up at the moment, and haven't been able to respond to me. I'm sure with the holidays they are still swamped. I'm going to keep trying with them to get her networked on their site. I've helped with them before so hopefully once things slow down they can get back to me. | Thanks guys. She has really made a huge turnaround these last two weeks.
When I first got her she would pee anytime your hand went above her head. She is still a little timid to this, but is now accepting it since she knows I will do her no harm.
RFR she is a goofball. She makes this hilarious face when she's excited. Almost like a half growl/smile. I call it her little piggy face. Every time she does it I make piggy oinks and that nub starts movin 100mph. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com App

I'm assuming you mean me permanently keeping her?
In the case that it was needed I would. I would just much rather place her so we can help another dobe in need whenever that time may come.

| Oh she's so beautiful, she made me cry.
She looks quite a bit like my Chaos.
I would bring her home but it might be the last straw for my husband. I sort of adopted Zachary without telling him. And I may have purchased 3 horses over the years without telling him first.
It is standard procedure, he falls in love with them, and all is forgiven.
But Zachary is soooo bad that I better wait for a while.

Just to give you all an update and a happy end to a wonderful story.
I have successfully placed Jala in an excellent home. No more pain and suffering to ever be felt by this girl.
Home check went excellent. She was turned down by KCDR only because they lacked a fence. They have a fence now, so they come with the blessing of KCDR. They have doberman puppy experience as well. Vet reference was as perfect as can be.
