i dont know if anyone recalls this poor boy who was in the NY shelter as part of an abuse case... well here he is in a custom snood with ears !!!!

| I think scum that do that to a dog should have their pic, their personal info and a short acct of what they did on a huge billboard along a busy road. Part of their punishment should be that they must pay for that billboard for 6 months. Along with jail time. | |
