For some reason this girl just really touches me. Wish that I didn't have so much going on with my hubby right now. She's still available, hope she finds her forever home soon!

My heart is so happy tonight! Before I even started volunteering for DRAWI this girl just really jumped out at me from the pages of Petfinder. Then I got to meet her and her wonderful foster mom when I became a volunteer and rooted for her even more! Well, she's been waiting patiently this whole time and tonight we had some awesome news! Spirit will be going to her forever home this weekend!
ETA: Spirit was also one of the rescue elf recipients!
