| Rescue 'Train' This is an idea that has been buzzing around in my brain since I began arranging my Koko Puffs journey from Seattle to Powell River.
Patti who rescued Koko is putting this very idea into the works! I am just waiting to hear back from her on the details, but, i thought maybe we could start working on it here at DT now.
So, if anyone anywhere thinks that they might like to know more about this and maybe become a 'leg' in a rescue 'train', maybe you could list your names here and I will get back to you for your personnal info. eg: where you live, how far you could drive a dog, if you could 'dog' sit till the next 'leg' picks them up etc.
Thanks. |

| | GranDoberFather | Absolutely. We're 300 miles from Seattle, but we make the trip occasionally. Sign us up.

| Camillesdad, thanks so much. We are hoping to have this 'train' set up from coast to coast, north to south, and cover all of North America. I will PM anyone interested as soon as this idea is in place. |

| We could cover 150 mile radius around Jacksonville, Florida and have plenty of room for Dobie boarder(s). We dont mind being boarding and sheltering home if we are between two legs if others in the area want to drive, but cant board. |

| If you need someone from around the Montreal area I might be able to do some travelling. Boarding would have to be very temporary. |

| OK before anyone else offers their help. This 'train' will be for dogs and cats of all breeds, not just our Dobies. Might even be an occasional rabbit, ferret, snake, etc.lol. |
