| Not A Repeat Offender! Well I had an owner surrender his dog to me. He wasn't giving him enough time, exercise or socialization that the dog needed. His name is Zeus. He's a great dog and will be very easy to re-home. He was loved and cared for, just not given quite enough quality time. This is the second time I've had him, as when he was 11 months old, I had him in my house for almost 6 months while the owner and girlfriend dealt with a newborn baby. The last time this happened, I ended up keeping the dog (RIP Cleo), but this time it's not an option. My boys love him now, because they are still puppies, but that will change in time. I have a lead on a wonderful lady that rescues dogs (large, working breeds). She recently lost her red boy and is looking for another to keep her Sheppard company. The great thing is she trains all her dogs to be therapy dogs. Her Sheppard has his designation and her departed dobie did too. She thinks Zeus will be a good candidate too. We met yesterday with her Sheppard and a current rescue she has. They had a great time at the dog park! I'm enclosing some pictures. We have an appointment to meet again this morning, so I'm off to the park again. This is Zeus Zeus checking out the dog park
Zeus, Apollo & Ares hanging out.
The boys all chomping on some bones.
Bleh60 and BIB, I though you might like to meet Max, her 11 month old rescue that she is currently evaluating. He was a sweetheart, and just kept out of the way of the crazy Dobermans.

| What a gret picture of the three of them on lead.
What well behaved dogs you have.
It is too bad that stupid owner continues to get dogs and the pawn them off on you...some people. |

| Kristin,
I hope you can find Zeus a good home soon. I know it will be fun having him for a little while with your boys. Zeus is a really sweet boy and definitely deserves a great doberfamily. I wish I could take him too |

We had a second play date today with his potential new owners and he was really good. The great thing is that he was never abused or mistreated, just not really given the time or freedom of movement on his property that he deserved. I'd love to bring the boys over any time! They love playing with their handsome friend Lexxington!

It is too bad that stupid owner continues to get dogs and the pawn them off on you...some people. | This owner was smart enough to realize that the dog wasn't getting the quality of life that he deserved. He wanted me to keep him as he knows how much I enjoy Zeus. He just had a second baby with girlfriend number 2, so I told him bring him to me and I'd keep him until I found the perfect home. They are all very good on leash, and even within the dog park (where that picture was taken), they heel beside mommy. I am very proud of how accepting the boys have been with him too! Zeus is 4 and a very well behaved dog.
