| are you going to tie your hair back?
not good if you need to keep brushing your hair out of your eyes while stacking or moving.
mind you I guess some hair sprays , mousse, etc. will keep your hair......stiff.
i really like your show suit, as long as it is not too tight around your knees when you step out.................
i think i would rather see your girl free stacked, show collar down at the base of the neck hanging loose and on a loose lead...........
HUGZ!

HUGZ! | I do have a hair question... My hair is pink and purple, will that effect me in the ring?
I'll take a better picture tomorrow!

| I agree either pulling your hair back or using a headband. If it's out of the way, you can concentrate on Juno. I always have mine pulled back in a ponytail, and then braided. It is almost waist length, so it would really be a pain, otherwise.

| if the color of the handlers hair makes a difference in a dogs placement.....shame on the judge.

| I like the purple suit! I have been trying to find another one, but haven't found the right one yet. Purple is a really nice color with the black dobes. I will also second tying your hair back or putting it up. Doing something that keeps it out of your face really increases your professionalism in the ring. Having to constantly move your hair out of the way is taking up time you could be used to show off your dog and it doesn't allow the judge to see your face well.
I have hair that is about the same length as yours, I either pull it all back or pull the top half back and pin it. I have bangs and depending on the length I will either pin them if they are long, or if they are clear of my eyes I will leave them down. I have been known to cut them at the show if they are to long
As far as purple hair goes, you will encounter the same opinions about it as you do in everyday life. It's not exactly saying "take me seriously," I would worry about it more if you were going to be handling a lot. That said a good judge won't care- it's all about the dog. Considering you are wearing a purple suit it doesn't stand out as much as if you were wearing green or yellow.

| I agree with the others the color won't affect much, especially the neater and more professional it looks. Something like a french braid or pulling it half back with a nice clip and it straightened or curled

| Can't comment much on what opinions would be of the colour of your hair (I like it though ) as I have no experience with show rings but I would at least agree with everyone who has suggested putting it up.
Simplest and most sophisticated look I would go for, is to sweep your hair back into a high pony tail then use a hair doughnut to pin it up totally. Will be completely out of your face and would be a very professional look. But of course that is just what I would personally do.

| Make sure you wear a plain undershirt that doesn't have print on it. And make sure the skirts slit is in the back or on the side. I really like the color of it! And I also like your hair. when's your first show?
ETA: you will have most likely problems with the pink hair in AKC. I don't think anyone in UKC will care but a lot of AKC judges are older and professionalism plays a big role in who wins and loses. If a judge can't decide they will choose the other dog over something stupid like the color of the handlers hair.

Will do with the shirt and skirt!
Yeah, I figured about the hair. That's my concern. I guess I can go blonde when I start showing AKC.
Our first UKC show is Feb 26
