| Skoll vs Cities (pics) Came up in another thread and I feel like showing off. Sorry if you're getting tired of my updates!
Here we have Skoll vs Bookstores. A friend of mine owns a 2nd hand bookstore that I get the majority of my books from. She ordered one for me over the holidays and since I was in the area I picked it up on our walk.
Then we have Skoll vs Banks. No worries, the ATM screen is just displaying their generic welcome sequence.
There was also Skoll vs Courthouse (went to pick up registration papers), Skoll vs Police Station (courthouse said "police station has them"), and Skoll vs Ice Cream (yummy snack) but those places were filled with people and I wanted to keep the experiences positive for both him and everyone inside, so I didn't have time to get him in a downstay for pictures. We also had Skoll vs Central Market however we were visiting a butcher's stand and I had to keep both hands free to keep him from "shopping".
I live in a very dog-friendly area currently where if you're a regular face (I am, most of these places are right next to my college) and you ask politely before bringing your dog in, they welcome you with open arms. If you seem in control of your dog and the first impression was positive, you're pretty much set for life.
After all this excitement we had Skoll vs Bathtime which he didn't enjoy nearly as much as the other places. However he's itchy and making ME itchy again so it's oatmeal shampoo and water all the way.
Thanks for lookin'!

Call me crazy but I think he might like that too
I always do crowd/public setting desensitization with dogs. That way if I want to go to events I won't have a whimpering mess overstimulated by Too Many People on the other end of the leash.
