Meet "Mia"..a pretty Doberman youngster who needs love and a home! Is there any way someone could help this girl? She looks so much like my Rocky it's crazy. I would adopt her in a heartbeat except my family (and my finances) aren't at all ready for another full time dog. I'm not sure if she's on death row, but I hope there is some way I and/or the DT community can help!

I wonder what she's mixed with - she's interesting looking and that's a good size. Hopefully someone comes to get her.

I wonder if these guys would take her - maybe they could arrange a transport? They're in the bay area. Dogworks Doberman Rescue.

I just contacted Dogworks, after contacting the shelter. They are a kill shelter, like the majority of Humane Societies I guess.

As to the mix, I don't know. We've decided that my boy is roughly Doberman and some sort of shepherd. Rocky and Mia's builds look almost the same, she just has a smaller, more intense looking face.
