Everyone speak up... Who is your favorite Doberman in the movies or on TV?
I think one of personal favorites is Alpha in the movie Up. The high-pitched...SQUIRREL!...The high-pitched voice cracks me up every time!

| The Resident Evil Dobermans are pretty rad, and I've connected with several teenage boys in town because I was walking a "Resident Evil dog" 
Other than that, I really haven't seen all that many Dobermans in things (haven't seen Up, or Oliver and Company). Though there was a Doberman in an episode of Supernatural, briefly, and his/her barking at a certain individual tipped "The boys" off to that individual's true nature. I was so proud! | |

I don't mean to question you, but I did a quick search and could not find anything on the death of any of the dogs while making the movies.

| Eyes of an Angel makes me cry every time,that Dobe is divine. Not quite a film ,but there is an advert in UK that has 2 Dobes guarding whilst a small dog is lowered down on a rope to steal something (it is a spoof of a famous movie,but I can't remember which and to be honest,I only watch the Dobes) It is something to do with dog food! | |

| I loved the Hugo doberman and was terrified of the two in Oliver and Company. I didn't really like this guy from Lady and the Tramp 2 either, but I've heard he's supposed to be a dobe/rott mix (with... natural prick ears? interesting...)
Funny story but I had no idea what beaucerons were before watching Marmaduke. As a result I thought the bad guy was a GSD/rotty/dober mix of some kind and was really confused why he kept calling himself purebred
