Its time to start working on the 2014 calendar. Okay everyone...the December 2014 theme is Holiday Dobes!


Submissions will be open for the next 7 days (until December 14th, 11:00 a.m. EST.) To enter, simply embed your photo in your post as a response to this thread.

Size of photos to submit in this thread MUST BE 640 x480 or less.

However, the original picture must be approx 3000 x 2000 pixels to enable it
to be large enough to print full size on the calendar. It must also be your own photograph. If you need help resizing or posting your image, contact a moderator and someone will help you.

Once the entries have closed, a moderator (different each month) will select the TOP 10 pictures.

These 10 pictures will then be voted on by the Dobermantalk members by way of a poll and the photo with the greatest amount of votes will be the winner. The poll will be posted for 5 days only.

Winners will be automatically unable to enter again in order to maximize the number of people who have their photo in the calendar.

One entry only per member.

If anyone enters more than one picture.. they will all be deleted and that member will be excluded from re entering this month and will have to wait till the next month to be able to enter again!

Again, please re-size your photo to the appropriate dimensions before posting it. We have had some complaints about large photographs being posted and we need to keep it to a standard in order to be fair for everyone. If you need help resizing a photo or posting it please don't hesitate to PM a moderator.

We're taking Lexi today, they are having a pet parade in Carlsbad and Santa will be there. I hope to get her picture. If the line is too long, I know hubby won't wait. He hates waiting. (I think that comes from being in the military for over 20 years. I just love these pictures, Kansadobes: That's what I want for Christmas (I would probably lose my mind though)
Andrea, Kyra, Gus, Reba,and Indy: They look like they love the camera, if only I could get Lexi too love it
Jonesy and Ivan: You look like Lexi, ah the abuse they suffer. I just love them all.

Amelia- I think your pic is great with Rupert lying on the floor in front of the decorated tree is great. ^^^^^^

However, I think your new signature pic is really, really great!! vvvvvvvvvv
All that's missing is Rubert holding a cup of hot tea and a biscuit!!
Throw in some holiday decorations and that would top it off!

Hehehe, thank you! The reason he is on the floor in the Christmas picture is we were having the living room decorated so his chair was in storge. Normally he will say 'No, you go lie on he floor!'

Rupert does like tea and biscuits, sometimes when I'm on the laptop with my tea and biscuits on the side he will be sneaky and stick his tongue in my tea or on the plate and go 'Hmm, guess you don't want that now now I've licked it? Allow me!'
