| I am confused. they are breeding them? but then saying they are adopting them out? I doubt they are getting entire litters as rescues. This "breeder" sounds fishy to me.

| These are some things I have copied from their site:
Why do you spay or neuter the puppies?
Puppies are spayed or neutered before they go to their new homes. There are several benefits to this. Our puppies are meant to be loving pets, not breeding dogs. Occasionally we may have a puppy for sale that would make a good breeding dog. Such cases will be handled individually. By fixing the puppies before they go home, you get puppy that is healthier, less aggressive, and easier to train. Neutering a male eliminates almost all occurrence of male-male aggression, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, hormone-induced anxiety, and urine marking. Spaying a female eliminates almost all occurrence of mammary tumors, breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, pyometra, reproductive tract infections, and messy heat cycles. Altered dogs are easier to train and less likely to escape.

| Umm, sorry, but I'm not that impressed with them. Their dogs don't have any titles thenselves, and none in their pedigrees for at least a couple of generations. There is no mention of any kind of health testing. Also Hacienda Bassetti Chloe The Princess was born on 2-1-11. Assuming those are her puppies, the were whelped when she was only 19 months old.
Also, this is from their website...
"Health: Dobermans are a relatively healthy breed. Most diseases have been made uncommon through responsible breeding. Please see our page on Doberman health for more information." They don't have a page on Doberman health, by the way.
That said, hang around anyway, learn all you can about Dobes, and enjoy your pup.

| A blend of Family Dobes, Knever Knight and K9 Dobermans....
Not a sinlge one of them is what I would call reputable. And this "breeder" is yet another one.
AZ is fairly dry on good breeders. There are a couple, but these guys aren't it.
I don't advise any DTers to buy from this litter or breeder.
ETA At least they spay and neuter. I still don't think the parents are breed worthy though.
