I already make a deposit and signed a contract for a puppy that has not been born yet. But soon she will be born. (July 27 to July 29, 2012).

I create this thread to used it trough all Kyra's life and share with you her progress and our adventures. This should be fun!!!

This story starts like this: Emmy (Kyra's Mom) is pregnant from Ades (Kyra's Dad)

Kyra was born today!! But no everything is good Kyra's mother ia in the vet because she is having problems to give birth. I will let you guys know more info when possible.

The emergency passed and one puppy die unfortunately! But the rest of the puppies are OK!

Is normal that some Doberman are born with some white hair on the chest?

Some dogs have a white patch on the chest. The standard states (for conformation purposes):

My girl has a tiny white spot on her chest. It was very visible when she was a puppy, and as she has grown up it's become hard to spot. Basically, she grew and it didn't

Mac as a puppy, you can still see the white mark on her chest. It was clearer when she was very young. I don't have any close ups of it. Now it's pretty much invisible, I can ruffle her chest fur and find it, but I doubt I can get a shot of it.

No problem. It looked much bigger when she was a baby, in this pic it was clearly there, now at about 17 months (best guess) I have to look for it.

Like I said, she grew but it didn't.

Can't wait to see pics of your guy!

Best "chest close up" I have of Mac recently (she was probably about 1)

Really? Why? You don't think that newborn puppies and their dam deserve a bedding of some sort? Puppies need traction so carpet is frequently used as a base, and then they might have blankets or flannel or fleece or something on top. That picture just looks like a pretty sad situation.

Just a small reminder, the op and the dam/sire/puppies are in puerto rico.
While this doesn't negate the fact that the puppies should and hopefully are on a soft bedding, not all other countries/areas aren't as up to date on proper animal care and breeding practices as places like the u.s./canada.

Yamillo if they are in fact on wood please let your breeder know they should have some form of soft bedding for traction and overall comfort for mom and babies!

I don't know if that the case but if it is I will talk to him immediately to persuade him to change that. I only want what is best for my puppy. Thanks for the advice. I will let you guys know tomorrow night!!

As you can see in the picture below Puppies are okay in there. They have a lot of news paper they are not directly on wood.

Now here I present you my new puppy Kyra she will be with her mom for two months before she can come home with me. Anyway here are a few pictures. Enjoy!

Firenze has the same thing, I expect it to become pretty much invisible as he ages. But unless you're planning on showing the dog it really doesn't matter.

It looks exactly like Kyra's chest. It dosent look bad and like you just said she only is going to be my beloved pet.
