Urgent - Pumpkin

My boy Tucker ate a whole pie pumpkin. Size of a soccer ball. What side effect should I look for?

I would have thought the effect would have the opposite to that Tom but I have never had a dog eat a pumpkin before!!!

Same here actually. Luckily for me, it was around that time. I ended up having to clean the carpets for three flights of stairs after that incedent

Watch out for a jagged, evil grin...

Actually HM, when you feed pumpkin for loose stools, you only add a small amount (1/4 cup) to food, plus it should be pumpkin only, not pie filling. Given the amount he ate and the sugar and additives in pie filling, I'd bet Tucker will have the runs for a couple days. On the positive side, consider it a special Halloween memory...

It was the whole pumpkin (SEEDS & EVERYTHING) .

I'm sending him down to you for a couple days then!!! LOL I bought the pumpkins in so they wouldn't get frost bitten. I was planning to cook them down and make homemade pumkin pie for thanksgiving. I still have 4 left and there some where that he can't get to them I never thought that he'd eat one.I was wrong.
