| I was so excited when I saw the title of the thread and I was not let down. Awesome pictures of a very handsome, well behaved doberboy. He should be used to the uniform after the training at the firestation. Thanks for sharing him with us.

On a separate note, we received his TDI (therapy dog) packet in the mail today - including his ID card and collar tag I'm really excited to get started. I'm thinking of getting him a nice harness to wear to visits so he associates wearing the harness with a "different" type of working. My only worry is that he will lick the skin off the poor elderly people...lol |

So he doesn't get a special SuperRed Therapy Dog Extraordinaire vest?!? What a slacker mom you are. Harness. Sheesh. |

| Great pictures of Red! Congrats to hubby - I definitely don't envy him.....retirement is soooooooo nice When he becomes Chief (after he has been a "real" K-9 Officer ) he needs to rid his department of those nasty polyester blend uniforms (hot in summer/cold in winter) and go with the black BDU's. S | haha, I just read him your reply, and he says "amen to that!" He would gladly wear the tactical gear which is more practical rather than traditional uniforms. I would think those uniforms would be difficult to maneuver in if a situation arose where you needed to.. |
