| Belated Happy Birthday to Aubrey!
I feel so awful. My poor Aubrey's birthday happened when I was out of town and I didn't remember till this week. She turned 9 years old on the 4th of September.
Aubrey is a very special girl. I have known her since she was 3 weeks old. I lived close to the breeder's home, and would drive back and forth watching the litter grow and wondering who would be mine. I was there for the litter grading at 8 weeks, waiting for which puppy the stud dog owner would pick. She ended up taking a male, which left me 2 bitches to choose from! (I had 3rd pick, as I was and still am friends with the breeder) I chose little light blue collar girl and the rest is history. She was Mercury's partner in crime until he died. Poor Aubrey, his passing put so much stress on her I am certain that she bloated because of it. She also mourned for 2 weeks. Would not get out of bed without me forcing her to go out to potty.
Aubrey and I have many memories together. She was forgiving enough to let me take her into the show ring. We probably got about 6 reserves together which for a rank novice was awesome. She is pointed, and has her NA and NAJ. She also has one leg in open jumpers, and one leg on her CD! She passed the CGC when she was 9 months old, and got a herding instinct certificate around a year or so.
She is a wonderful girl, and I hope to have many more years with her. Happy birthday my Aubrey-Doo. I love you little one.

Cause I feel Aubrey should get her props. So many photos are posted of Reggie that I think Aubrey-Doo should get her time in the spotlight.
Aubrey is out of Ch. Destiny's Man on a Mission Sch III IPO III CDX x Ch. Cara's Valar Lothlorien Sch I UD Thd. Aubrey is a granddaughter of the famous Alida V Flandrischen Lowen Sch III. 
Here Aubrey was as a little girl. 
This is Aubrey with her "puppy". When I got Lita Aubrey's mommy instincts kicked in and she immediately adopted Lita. 
This is from February or so. I think she still has the same sweet expression she did as a puppy. Snow fall on the ground, and snow fall on her muzzle. It's kinda sad.
