| Dobermans are Dragons not Dragon Slayers! Well I've been away from this site too long and look what's pooped up while I was out - Doberman's Slaying Dragons. NOPE! Sorry folks, dobermans are today's representatives of dragons of old; a noble, honest, and virtuous beast. They (dragons) have been the victims of bad press. LOL You should know better than to just judge a wonderful creature such as a dragon by some ill conceived and published myths and folk lore. Dragon hearts very special, or did you forget that?
Watch your doberman next time he/she runs across the yard.. do they not appear as though they have wings and are ready to take off at any moment?
I guess you all are too young to remember the movie "Dragonheart" in which dragons are appropriately presented as a noble beast sworn to protect the Knights of Valor. That is the spirit in our dobermans. They aren't nasty dragon slayers... NAY they are the noble dragon of today. Sworn to uphold the Knight's Code: A knight is sworn to valor.
His heart knows only virtue.
His blade defends the helpless.
His word speaks only truth.
His wrath undoes the wicked.
Think again and look more closely at a dobermans head. Perhaps you'll see the true dragon spirit there all along. They (dragons) have their own constellation on the sky (draconis) for heaven's sake. Thus, they were very very special creatures; royalty and well respected just as our dobermans are today.
So I will not support the notion of dragon slaying dobermans on this site and strongly encourage you Dragon Slayers to reconsider your actions here. Totally uncool. Dobermans are dragons not dragon slayers. Oh they find the "bad guys" alright but they aren't dragons. You need to find something a lot more demonic to slay because dragons and dobermans are the good guys.

Huddle up we are now going to be the evil pixie hunters !!!!
And they exist in even greater numbers than dragons.

And they exist in even greater numbers than dragons. | Yes those "wee people" including but not limited to pixies, fairies, and leprachons can't be quite little stinker bells. Hahaha.
We actually have a leprachon in our family that goes around and causes mischief all the time. They are major practical jokers by nature you know.
Oh and I truly believe that dobermans see the "spirit" in all things even the aura around people. So when they look like they might be being goofey they are chasing that spirit that only they can see. That's why they are so tuned into us humans. We need all the help we can get sometimes.

| Kippy says his armor got all rusty last time he went out in the rain (darn dragons) so he'll sit back and watch the melee (but I have a feeling he'll join in once he sees who's winning!!). He always was an opportunist.
