Missy DID NOT want to run today ??

I have been biking the dogs for quite a while.we go 3 timesish a week with a day inbetween bike rides.

to start with i took them seperatly so they got used to it. then a couple of weeks ago i started taking them together.

missy definatly can not go as fast a zeus would like to but we go at her pace.

today we just went out and missy did not want to run at all ??

she seems fine.. her normal self.

she just would not run ?? not much more than a walk really.??

do you think shes had enough ?? and ill have to take zeus alone or do some of you who bike your dogs have a dog off day aswell ??

just dont know whats up ?? she normally loves it and looks so happy.. but today was a different story !!

If she seems her normal self and isn't limping or in pain i wouldn't be too concerned, shes probably just jealous as shes gotta share you now on runs with Zeus! Maybe try her on her own again and see if shes happier!! Hope shes ok!

Did you check her paw pads to make sure they weren't skinned or cut?

No.. i will check now.. she is sleeping.

i went out earlier and when i came back she did not dash out of her basket to meet me.. her not rushing to the door like ive been gone for hours is unheard of !!

she was off from the start so i dont think she hurt herself to day.

i will check her pads and keep a close eye on her !!

everybody has an off day or off cycles (no cycle pun intended). Maybe bike her separately a few times to get her to buy back into it. Maybe she feels (unintended) pressure to keep up, i.e., that she is lagging and holding up everyone else.

OMG thanks one was raw in one spot.. have made a new thread for help !! i feel terrible !!!
