Smile Dragon Slaying dobermans inc!!

little Belle is now 5 months and 1 week and is getting better and better at slaying those dragons!! esp. the dreaded water dragons! at first shed avoid all puddles but now the brave little thing is fearless in defending me and carly from them! she selflessly jumps straight into any puddle in sight!!

were so lucky to have such a brave and noble dobe!

also she did a great job of defending us from the towels used to clean her after walks (most prob towel dragons) shredding them to pieces!

On this note id like to request membership for Belle into Dragon Slaying Dobermans Inc. Please?

ta!!

Sure all are welcome in the group.

We would love pictures of any slaying. We are photo addicts.

You can go to your user ID and add the Dragon Slaying Doberman group to your social groups. Then post in the group and someone will give you a number. There are cool shirts and other merchandise you can order, too!

I agree. It would be very nice to have a natural ear version for those who have natural dobes.

Would someone like to volunteer to try to design it?

Well I've been away from this site too long and look what's pooped up while I was out - Doberman's Slaying Dragons. NOPE! Sorry folks, dobermans are today's representatives of Dragons of old; a noble, honest, and virtuous beast. They (dragons) have been the victims of bad press. LOL You should know better than to just a creature by some ill conceived and published myths and folk lore.

Watch your doberman next time he/she runs across the yard.. do they not appear as though they have wings and are ready to take off at any moment?

I guess you all are too young to remember the movie "Dragonheart" in which dragons are presented as a noble beast sworn to protect the Knights of Valor. That is the spirit in our dobermans. They aren't nasty dragon slayers... NAY they are the noble dragon. The Knight's of the Roundtable code:

A knight is sworn to valor.
His heart knows only virtue.
His blade defends the helpless.
His word speaks only truth.
His wrath undoes the wicked.

Think again and look more closely. Perhaps you'll see the true dragon spirit there all along. They have their own constellation on the sky (draconis) for heaven's sake... they were royalty and well respected just as our dobermans are today.

Tracy and Drago
