I dont know why thats so fun to say. But alas, Karma is exposed to yet more water fun. I never seen this anywhere else, I am sure it exists, but here in TX, tubing on the river is nice lazy way to spend the day. Pretty much you can rent a tube... and just float for hours (2 to 8!) on the river. Most people go in huge groups and bring coolers with water and beer. Lots of beer on the river. And it can get pretty packed on the river with all the tubes!!
So I went with a few of my friends.. and of course I am not gonna leave Karma home!! So grabbed the flexi and we were off. It was so funny and she did great!! She learned to stand ON the round part of the tube with perfection, she could even shake!! (to my dismay) she would jump off, even going under, but just pop up and swim around toting me along behind her! It was so funny as she swam to all the people floating around to meet and greet and everbody was like 'oh hi swimming doggy' lol! She even mastered standing on the tube when we went thru a parts of rocky rapids. When she got tired, she would just swim back to the front of the tube and I just pulled her back in the tube.
Everybody loved her and were taking her picture. I got a few pics, they are not very good, but you can make them out.
We will just have to go again to get better pictures. Have to use that waterproof one, because you REALLY dont want to take your digital to do this
** Can you belive... when my friend went to develop the pictures, she told the lady they were of a dog swimming... and the lady was like, what kind of dog... and my friend said doberman... and the lady was like 'what... i thought dobermans didnt like water or know how to swim' .......... WHAT?!?!!? silly lady...
