Harraden's Sandy Rose needs a home! She is the 7 yr old who has had 6 litters. She is now too old to breed and needs a great retirement home. I'm so happy for Sandy Rose cause she gets to leave the Dobie Den and be someones loving pet.

| I've put some feelers out. If I didn't have to concentrate on Summer so much right now I'd defenitely love to give the girl a home where she can retire on a nice comfy couch and play in our grassy yard with our family. I have a friend who's on her way over to visit and she knows a lady who is looking for a new addition to her family and her dachshund who is active in rescue. Perhapse she will be interested in Sandy Rose or be able to help find another good home for her. | |

| | Alpha | I think it is sad that just because she has reached an age that prevents breeding, the current owner no longer has any use for her. I realize that breeders must have to do business this way, it's just unfortunate.

Their retired dogs (who don't have anywhere near 6 litters BTW) remain loving members of the family, as it should be.
