| Dobie or Dobe? Figured it was Friday, not in the mood to work, so here is the question of the day:
I'm curious to know how you all abbreviate Doberman when writing of your own in DT? I used to write Dobie but then I saw others that write "dobe" and reminds me of "globe" so I'm not sure which is preferred? Not that it really matters per se, but thought I would throw this out there.

| | Alpha | I doubt you'd see too many long term doberman people ever use the "dobie" abbreviation..it's kind of like nails on a chalk board. In the cases where they abbreviate, they'd use "dobe", and many won't even do that.

| Ok now here is a question.... Do you all pronounce it Dobie... with the "ie" sound at the end or do you just say Dobe with no "ie" sound on the end...??? Or do you spell it Dobe but still say the "ie" at the end? Does that even make sense?? Hee Hee... |
