Calvin is getting to be quite the frisbee pro. Im in kind of a dilema because he is more than ready to jump (as you can see in the pics), but i have heard not to jump him until he is at least a year because it may cause joint problems! I try my best to keep the frisbee low so he usually just grabs it out of the air without having to jump (like you can see in the series shot), but sometimes the wind gets it and he absolutely loves jumping to grab it at its highest point! We usually only play for 10 minutes at a time maybe every other day... Is this ok? or should i go back to simply playing fetch with the frisbee until he is older?... any input would be appreciated! in the mean time here are the pics!

I'd be very careful with such a young guy....and he obviously LOVES the game! Try to limit his sessions to a short time (which you are doing) and try to do more "fetch" throws than leap in the air. It would be terrible if your guy had an injury due to fun and games.

Those are some awesome action shots. I would also suggest limiting his jumping but i don't think a little bit a couple of times a week would hurt anything.

Those are awesome action shots! We've been introducing the frisbee to Kade little by little in the house. It limits the height and we're just trying to get her to catch it with her teeth. She likes to reach up with her front paws and catch it! lol
