ok, I attend CMA (clueless male anonymous) but I'm not THAT bad. I've actually become a pretty good doberdad and the mrs actually trusts me with him now

Okay, my turn... LOL
The boyfriend does not a thing when it comes to Vito. I clean up after him, train him, walk him, love him, vet trips, ears, the works. If he accidentally makes a mess on the floor, the boyfriends yells to me where ever I may be (has even called before) to tell him Vito messed on the floor. Then makes me pick it up!

The list goes on...

The worst so far...the day Vito got his ears cropped. I dropped him off at the vet and picked him up by myself. I actually had come down with the flu and had been sent home from work. So I bring my sick self to the vet and pick up little man, bring him home, make sure he;s comfy, etc. Well, the ears were bleeding, and he was a bit excited to be home so they bleed a little more. I call the boyfriend "Where are you. I'm sick. Blood's everywhere! Please, please come help."
An hour and a half later he comes home and says simply, "I went to my mom's. I don't like blood."

However, at the end of the day, I'm glad I can be there for my Vito and I am happy to take care of him -- as he does take care of me in return! I am proud to say Vito is MY dobie-dude!

sometimes, shame on you women for letting your men get away with some of the crap they pull!! It's men 101 - I can have my man's club membership revoked for this, but you know, men act stupid and clueless about things when they really are not so the women will do it.. let me guess, while you all are attending to the dog(s), the men folk are parked in front of TV, maybe beer in hand, or some doing some other man thing, right?

You guessed it. No beer though, but a PS3 remote replaces it. I do everything at home....all the cleaning, laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, garbage, lawn mowing, car washing, all pet chores.....everything. Then on top of it I follow around him and clean up after his trail. He never has been able to remember where the garbage can is. LOL

I believe this is more true than many of us think! Last night my husband couldn't figure out how to put a shower cutain up! He was asking such silly questions. I think he just wanted me to do it! (By the way, I didn't put it up!)
