| Yep, my fawn, natural-ear girl Kylie is always "What a pretty Weim!"
Funny how folks only see color, and not structure.

| That is a wonderful comment!
We almost had a red this time but it wasn't meant to be so now we have Gunner and he's B/R like our girls were. He's our second "adoption" and they are the most incredible breed of dog.
By the way, from my experience, they're goofballs regardless of coloration! |

| I've got one of each and the are both awesome! I don't notice a difference in personality or anything.
They both have natural ears, and I do get a lot of "What kind of dog is that?" or "Well it's not a purebred Doberman, it's red" and I have got a couple "what a pretty Wiem!" That one always makes me laugh because Weims aren't red, if anything they should guess Visla! (probably didn't spell that right...) |

| I am under the impression that the incidence of thinning hair, dandruff, skin problems is higher in reds?? At least my red boy has some coat difficulties; my two blacks did not.
But he a goofy boy. |
