| I use bananas for filling. I usually save them in the freezer if they get over-ripe, and I'll mix that in with some honey and flax seed and a bit of peanut butter, and then freeze the whole thing. It cleans up better than straight peanut butter. I put the Kong through the dishwasher on the pots/pans cycle - haven't had a problem yet...
