| Life span of a Wubba.... there was another thread recently that turned us on to the Kong Wubba.. so, Quincy, not to be a toy laggard, insisted on getting a Wubba.. so of course we got the X-large, yellow. Pretty thing. Nice loud double squonker with delectable tails and nice hard head for chewing... dobie dream come true.
Anyway, take the packaging off of Wubba, Quincy does an anxious squirmy sit for it, then, Wubba is released to the whims of dobieboy.
1/2 hour - of life. quincy managed to: - break the squeakers - reduced to parts rattling inside
- puncture the squeak bulb - now a hollow foomp foomp sound
- start dethreading the seam
But he loves the Wubba.... now I need a budget category for Wubbas.

| Rex's was doing fine till Grace (momma girl) decides that she should have it and use her back teeth to tear a whole in the fabric, now it's up b/c if I put it down the fabric destruction will continue- Rex doesn't start the process but will continue what his mother does - damn it!

| Yeah, the wubbas are favorites in my house, but they don't last long. I bought the pup one, but of course my big girl stole his, so I bought her a big one the next day. Between the two of them both are "squeak-less" and both have serious material damage. It took them half an afternoon to do most of the damage.
Now I hide the wubbas and only break them out a couple days a week. I plan on buying new ones next time I place an order on dog.com. They seem to be a couple dollars cheaper there than the local pet stores. |

But he loves the Wubba.... now I need a budget category for Wubbas. | Haha! Aw, the poor Wubba! Vito's is still in once piece -- but I think that may only be because he doesn't have all of his teeth yet! Lol

Lol | Yep mine too...and for the same reason! A little difficult to tear something apart with no front teeth! I have no idea how he is even eating...then again it has only been rice, mushy bananas and ground hamburger lately!
Jager loves to put the kite tails in his mouth and beat himself to death with the kong part. He can't figure out who keeps knocking him in the head, hilarious! |

I will say, Vito does hold the squeaker part and beat himself in the head with the tails -- for now anyways!
