Where does your Dobe sleep?

I hope all of you keep your Dobes indoors. Just wondering where many of you let him sleep and why? Would letting him sleep on the floor in your bedroom be a bad idea? Look forward to your replies!

Darn, and I thought that I covered all the bases. Well, 'bedroom with you' is probably best choice then.

Are there any negatives to having your dog sleep in the same bedroom as you? (Not on your bed, just on the floor somewhere.)

Well Strike(non dobe) can sleep where ever he wants, but usually chooses my bed at least some of the night and again in the morning.

My fosters are crated at the foot of my bed.

I dont think there is anything wrong with a dog sleeping on the floor in your room. BTW I love your sig!

Yes. The occasional stinky guff wafting from him.

Otherwise, no. He has his special mattress and duvet on the floor next to my side of the bed and he sleeps soundly through the night.

Our older girl Kora sleeps on our bed with us. Gemma can sleep whereever she wants in the rest of the house. Sometimes we switch it around too.
