I feel REALLY bad because i have not been able to spend much time on here lately and now I am comming to you for help .
I am in need of a pair of shoes for my doberman. If anyone has some that I borrow, I would cover shipping. this is sort of a desperate situation because I dont normally need shoes for him but I need them for about a month.
I really think I need the ruff wear ones. i cannot afford to just buy them since it is only going to be for temporary use.
if anyone has a better suggestion (something i can use other than dog boots i am open)
but here is the deal...... Me and my boy are a Search and Rescue team. We do sent specific trailing (meaning someone gets lost from a location, we follow the subjects trail to find them). Squishy has to test in a couple of weeks to try to re-certify. my problem is they want me to test him in SEMO and it seems like every time we go down there to work he finds a cactus, sand burs, or something else that he isnt use to that just really irritates him. So I need the boots long enough to get him used to wearing them, to take his test, and then i am done with them.
I am actually thinking of taking a pair of kids boots and snubbing the toes and see if he can walk in them. but any ideas would be useful, i just need something to keep him from hurting
