Previously Clemintine from Atlanta Doberman Rescue.
From the ADPR website: "'Jynx' was abandoned one rainy night - tied to a speed limit sign in a neighborhood. She was out there in the pouring rain until someone found her around 5:30am. We have no idea how someone could do this to such a sweet, loving dog."
She is a very sweet dog to me, but isn't a fan of Jones... YET! She came to me because she was not getting along with the other alpha female in the house, which resulted in 2 major bitch fights. A member from DT refered the ADPR director to me because of Jonesy's temperment (submissive/goober)... So while they didn't kick it off right from the get go, Jones has been unfazed by the whole ordeal, and if giving Jynx her space.
For being 11-12 years old (guess from the vet, by checking the eyes) she still gets around fairly well, she does have a semi weak rear, flat feet, and is bowed out... Not sure if it's genetics/age/or just lack of care... Her coat is fairly nice for a fawn... She did have a staph infection, so she did get a little patchy but it is growing back... Her coat is also really soft! Crazy!!!!
Here she is:
She's not a fan of the shutter noise the camera makes, so I only got a couple of photo's without the flash...
