Got a call from my son a few minutes ago. Cora just went into heat. 4 months old to the day. Niether of my females entered heat before 6 months as I recall. Any concerns he should be aware of? This just seems really young to me. Thanks in advance.

Boy, I agree. I have never heard of a heat that young. But, that doesn't mean that it can't happen. I'll be checking this thread for further info since I'd really like to know also.

I'd just be really suspicious that this isn't an actual heat period-that's awfullly young.
