puppy food advice

I was looking at the dog food analysis website and apparently i shouldnt be feeding duncan purina one. So i was looking at making a trip to petsmart this weekend, and pretty much everything carried at petsmart (according to dogfoodanalysis.com) i shouldnt be feeding. So my question is does everyone order online or is there something i dont know about shopping for my puppy? Thanks in advance.

I think a lot of people that feed 'super premium' diets find them at specialty pet stores, not the big-box pet stores.

Also, bear in mind that you have to take everything on DFA with a grain of salt. There are many on here who happily feed Purina ProPlan with great success, regardless of its rating on DFA. Pet food is an individual choice. Feed what your dog does well on, and that fits with your personal take on pet nutrition. DFA ratings are based solely on the ingredient list which does not take into account quality control, diet trials, and veterinary support. I guess it comes down to picking your battles...

Or feed stores in areas with lots of hooved animals.

You need to feed what your dog does well on. If you feed something from Petsmart, I would feed Blue Buffalo or Avoderm. I have seen several dobes that do great on ProPlan also. I would stay away from Iams, Eukanuba, and Science Diet. Dogs I've had in the past and my rat terrier I have now have all done poorly on these type of foods. They have a lot of fillers and by products in them.
