How often do you offer bully sticks/chews

I usually only give my dog's bully sticks or other chews once or twice a week. Do you think it is safe to give them more often? The weather in west Texas has been crazy. It's either been too cold, very windy, or both to get the dog's out for exercise. Well, today we are having sustained winds of 35 to 40 mph. with gusts up to 60. It is also very dusty. The dog's are driving me crazy, because we haven't been out much the past couple of weeks for our usual walks and play sessions. The weather wasn't to bad last week, but I was sick, so we didn't get out a whole lot. They had a bully stick yesterday. So, I was just wondering if any of you give bully sticks or other favorite chews daily? I can't wait until summer! Thanks in advance for your replies! By the way I will not give them to them every single day from now on, but just until the weather gets nicer. Thanks!

I've gave the dogs bullies everyday when my BF left to visit his parents. Their energy level (3 dogs) was high since dad wasn't home to rough house, not to mention they were a little stressed when dad didn't come home at his regular time everyday. I gave it to them each day for 1 hour and they fell right asleep afterwards, giving me peace and quiet.

So unless you've had complications with the bullies, it should be okay. We only give them treats once a week, since I give them yummy extras in their dinners every night.

Not often enough as far as Tyra's concerned! I will give 'em once a day, if I can afford it and if they've not been busy doing other things. I've not had problems with bullystix.

I give a bully stick every few weeks or so. I rotate through chews so Red stays interested in them and doesn't get bored. I've given him a couple in a week before though.

My guys only get a chewie once or twice a week. They do however get frozen kongs a couple of times a week, maybe one bone, and they each get a different toy.
I understand the bully sticks are more digestible. I never give rawhide.

They are bull penises. I know it sounds gross, but they are digestible and safer than rawhides. I do occassionally give rawhides and pig ears with no problems. I just feel more comfortable giving them something they can digest.
