| | Lil Pup | problems with my dog :( Hello, I have a problem with my puppy. You create a theme that had been done by putting ear cropping and tail bad ... and over now, I've made from radiographs because the dog walked toward strange time, and apart at a dog show judge did not give me as good for walking ...
I was worried, I've done x-rays and left that have:
- Kneecaps poorly positioned or misaligned, so why walk the dog, because it is easier to walk well (badly) than normal, to have that problem.
- Then, the femurs have completely straight, rather than curved slightly.
- And finally, after all this, there is evidence of dysplasia, although we know that is very young yet, but surely will have ...
Parents are free of dysplasia, but this puppy has come out with all this .. : (
and I've always taken good care ..
The breeder has to take responsibility for this, no?
I want to return the dog, but do not want any more of it, and that put me off the illusion and I do not want to happen with another dog his.
He is obliged to repay all of the dog?
and must pay the cost of radiographs and traumatologo vet visit? (170 €) |

| Whether the breeder owes you any money, would require you to return your puppy for a "replacement", etc. is all up to whether you had a contract with the breeder when you bought your puppy, and what kind of a person your breeder is.
How old is your dog? What kind of a contract did you have when you bought the dog? |

| I'm sorry to hear the puppy is having such serious issues.
I agree, you'll have to look at your purchase contract, and begin discussions with his breeder.

Do you think it will? give me the money? have to do so? | I'm assuming English is not your native language?
Sorry, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your posts.
Do you mean to say you just no longer want this puppy, at all?
If so, please return him to the breeder, if they will give good care to the puppy.
If not, please surrender him to an ethical rescue.

Do you think it will? give me the money? have to do so? | Unfortunately since there isn't a contract or anything, you may be out of luck with the breeder unless they do it because its their moral responsibility. Good breeders sell their puppies with a contract, so if you didn't get one and there is no proof of the sale, your breeder may not be ethical to begin with or work with you at all on this. But you never know until you contact him/her and find out. Good luck.

| | Lil Pup | I am sorry for my English, not my native language.
I am Spanish and use a translator.
The dog did not want it, and the vet told me that the problems are serious, and this dog can not go to exhibitions ...
I want to know the obligation of the breeder before this case, whether to return the money or not. |

Good luck. | No contract, but I have all the emails that I have sent to the breeder since I contacted them to inform me, I have all the emails.
Besides, I have the two transfers of money that I did, the first and second booking with the remainder.
If the breeder does not return the money, explain what you have done wrong things,
'll post pictures of the dog with bad ears and tail, to see they've done a bad job ... |

Are the ears and tail the problem, or your dog's bones/knees/hips the problem?
Again, just emails may or may not be enough in a court. I can't give legal advice, so you might want to consult a lawyer.
Posting emails, pictures, and your breeder's name would save somebody else from making the same breeder choice that you did, but probably will not get the breeder to take the puppy back and/or give you your money back. Who's to say? Call a lawyer. |

| I think what Dober2012 is saying is that this dog has a long chain of problems, beginning with a poor crop and dock from the breeder, some bowing of the legs followed by luxating patellas.
No contract.
Disafortunadamente, Dober2012, sin contrato, nosotros pensamos que no es posible a adquirir el dinero que tu ha pagaste. Debemos ser el nombre de su "breeder" para advetir otra gente en su mismo posicion?
