anyone heard of puppy revolution application

Our vet gave Riko two free applications of it over two months

I've been reading up on it and some peoples experience aren't too pleasant
Has anyone tried this?

Some reatlctions were their dog was getting super hot and scratching
Also some people said that it made their pups more prone to flees tape worms
When they stopped is this true?

Thanks
Mikey

I have used revolution on my cats for years and LOVE it. I gave Juno(my 11month Dobie) 1 application when she was a puppy and never had another flea and had no reactions. I remember the vet tech who gave it to us mentioned something about these reactions and acted like they were nothing big, but I can not remember her explanations for the reactions. IDK. I have liked it when I have used it!

First time Rubi had revolution she did scratch. But that was only her first application. Now there does not seem to be any reaction.

I do not use any topical flea treatments. They all can have serious side effects. You are really putting poison on your dog.

I've never had a problem putting it on my dogs. That's what finally licked Leo's sarcoptic mange, after the ivermection didn't work. I do, however, have a couple of cats that get a localized reaction to it.

My vet has quit carrying the canine Revolution, though. They have had too many dogs on it come up positive for heartworm.
