| Oh, she is so stinking cute! I'm so very glad that she's the little hellion that she is (and not in my house )
I believe in your ability to "civilize" her just as much as necessary. |

Denise, the Dobe lady at the e-vet hospital has kindly offered to babysit her if I 'ever need a break'.
I'm thinking maybe from tomorrow until she's 12 weeks old...or fully obedience trained. |

| Im so glad Diesel's sister is doing so great!
I was playing the videos and he was howling....very odd, he only does that when he hears a fire truck or other siren. I wonder if he recognizes she is his sister? Wouldn't that be something?

Of course I haven't. | Out of all of my dogs, I've only ever manged to find 3 teeth and that was from 3 different pups, 2 Ibizans and Odin.
I kept them but they're kind of small to really do anything with.
I'm not even sure where I put them, now....:-\ |

Must be something weird on their daddy's side.
Every time Odin hears a siren, he looks paranoid.
I think he might've knocked over a 7-11 when he was a baby and is still waiting for the coppers to come after him.
I guess it's not impossible he recognizes her on some level.
People's voices usually resemble their parents/siblings so maybe so for dogs, too.
I do know that all of my Ibizans accepted each other immediately when a new dog came into the pack because they were all the same very tight bloodline.
Phoebe was let in with no issues but her sister Pookie was always an outcast because she was part of the "who's yer daddy" litter I was involved with the club for an AKC registration fraud case.
Pheobe and Pookie had the same mom but different dads and the pack didn't recognize the out-cross sister as 'one of their own'.
So, she and Phoebe hung out together all the time.
Dogs can tell something. |
