Simplicef tab 100 mg??

What is this?
Parker has some puppy staph that I thought was starting to get ahead of him so I went to the vet and asked for the cephalexine and thought that was what he gave/sold me. I was going to put the receipt in with Parkers' puppy papers and discovered he had given me this stuff. Parker is due for his fifth pill tonite.

It's in the same group of antibiotics as cephalexin. This is a once daily formula.

Um, Rah's daily supplement?

Simplicef is related to Cephalexin, as Murreydobe posted, but it's benefit is that it's a once a day medication, as opposed to cephalexin which should really be given 3 times a day.

I love dogs like that

So far Parker gobbles whatever I give him. Vit c, benadryl, simplicef, e, fish oil.
The vet must know me better than my doctor cause I can never give myself (on time) any pill 3 times a day.
