| Buddy has a Virus
Buddy went to the vet's today for diarrhea he has been waking me up to go outside the last 3 nights being dark could not see what he was doing. Got up extra early to take the Fur kids for a walk so Buddy had diarrhea so stopped at the vets before going home. The vet told me their was a virus going around so Buddy got a shot and pills to take home for it.While we were there also had Buddy & Patches toenails done had been taking them to the vet's further away its where Buddy's other mom (breeder) works but have to go in the afternoon she is busy with surgeries in the mornings. Its been way too hot to put the dogs in the car in the afternoons.
Boy I about had a heart attack when I got the bill $10.00 per dog for toenails I think that is a bit much for toenails, will go back to where Buddy' mom works for toenails in the future.

| Sonds like Buddy is on the mend-which is the main thing. I don`t know about the nail charge. I do ours. | |

| Poor Buddy. Diarrhea is so miserable for both the parents and the babies that get it. (I still call my 13 year old lady my baby.)
Yikes, 10$ each for nail clippings. Summer has a horrible dew claw that I have to have the vet do and he usually just clips it when she's seen for a quick check and doesn't charge a dime and I know that most nail clippings have been free with regular checks but I don't know about a regular charge. I'd hate to think what they would charge for Summers one funky claw. | |

 | I dremel all of my own dogs nails, but $10 at a vet to get it done sounds about right to me.

| Wow, $ 10.00 for toenail clippings, that is much but I don't know how much the vets around charges for nail clipping.... I clip the nails by myself!
