 | 5th Shot Update
 Well, Isabelle went in for her 5th shot and as far as the cancer goes she is doing very well. This past weekend we had some serious diarrea - usually an immodium ad fixes her right up, but no such luck - plus she wasn't real interested in her food or water. She woke us up sunday night four times before we finally just got up at 5:30. Called the vet - she is taking a break from the herbs and is eating a diet of boiled chicken and rice (the food chopper thing comes in very handy for this). My husband stayed home with her on monday - his boss wasn't too pleased he was taking a day off because of a sick dog - oh well. As of today she isn't having diarrea, but her poop is normal either. So now I get to blend a concoction of boiled chicken, rice and dog food. She started drinking normally again yesterday too. She thinks the boiled chicken/rice puree is the best thing ever. She isn't allowed to eat the chicken raw - I asked. So hopefully her tummy will be in good shape soon. She'll start back on the herbs in about a week as long as her tummy stays good. We go back in 2 weeks for the 6th shot. |

| Well Im glad that she is feeling better after a rough weekend. It sounds like you are doing all that you can.....and thats all you can do. I hope things stay on the upswing for you and Isabelle

| So sorry to hear that she had a bad weekend. It must be so hard to deal with something to severe. You guys are great parents to her and this is what I say to your husband's boss

| Glad to hear the shots are going well, but sorry to hear she is having tummy problems. Hopefully the new food concoction will work and she'll feel better soon.
