| My first Doberman was affected with ataxia also from puppyhood. My vet told me his cerebellum was damaged. He was very gracefully running, but in smaller spaces was quite uncoordinated.
I would suggest going to a U and seeing a neurologist if your vet can't help you. | |

| Shotzy is almost 100% again-running, jumping, chasing rabbits. I did not take her to the Neurologist yesterday because she is doing so much better compared to earlier in the week. If any of her symptoms return though, I will take her to see the neuro. Thanks so much for all the replies-I will keep you guys updated. | |
