Yeah I've ntoiced Champ tries to eat grass when his stomach is upset.

I was wondering if I had a dog or small horse when he wouldnt eat his food but was "Grazing" the grass in backyard.

Wow lucky you never a bloat. My friend had one bloat on her, a BMD and he was gone in 15 minutes, before they even got him on the table, since then it has always scared the crap out of me and we do all the precautions, wet the food, no walks 1-3 hours before or after eating.
No gulping of water etc.

Never had a scare myself, but my friends Boxer did die from gastric torsion as well, was 8 year old n/m, i warned them not to walk right after he ate but you cant teach them all.
I was reading however that feeding elevated does not help at all with reducing the risk as they had thought it did, but apparently it helps with gas in the all mighty dobies lol
