Organic Flea and Tick Concentrate

I do not use anything on Cole for fleas and ticks because he has had some terrible reactions to the drops and collars. I recently found an organic spray at the shop where I get his food. Now, White Dog Bone has a concentrate out that you can dilute yourself. The one ingredient in the concentrate offered by White Dog Bone that caught my eye is grape seed oil. Now, I now grapes are not good for dogs. Therefore, I assume that the oil is not either. You can use is full strength or dilute it. I would dilute it. However, will diluting the concentrate so much make a difference? What I like about this concentrate is the cedar oil (which is not in the one I currently use.) It also has coconut and oil oils which would be great moisturizers.

Opinions please.

Here are the ingredients in the White Dog Bone concentrate:

This powerful concentrate was designed to combat fleas, ticks, flies and mosquitos using 100% ORGANIC ESSENTIALS OILS. The concentrate will repel and in some cases even kill insects that have invaded your pet - all without the use of harmful chemicals.
Ingredients: D-Limonene Oils of Cedarwood, Lemon Eucalyptus, Orange, Citronella and Grape Seed with Neem Oil, Coconut Oil & Olive Oil.
USE & SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS: Use at full strength avoiding pets nose, eyes and ears. Rub into chest, belly or back areas. Re-apply as needed. May be diluted using 1 TSP. concentrate per 1 Quart of Water and sprayed ont pet. One (1) ounce of concentrate yields 1.5 Gallons of Spray when mixed at noted ratio.

I honestly wouldn't know if grape seed oil is harmful. I use Ark Naturals Neem Spray and haven't had any fleas.

I used to use Ark Naturals, but can't seem to find it. Where do you get it?
