I love the K9 power products.
ME TOO! I love the Superfuel, I'm NEVER without GoDog, and the showstopper is NICE as well.

Reminds me... I need to get more Showstopper...

Me three. I use K9 Superfuel and GoDog as well. I actually just got a 32# box of Superfuel a few days ago. I got tired of constantly buying the 4# canister.

I have been giving Samson salmon oil caps sense we rescued him in February.
His coat was pretty poor back then. But now he has the best coat of any of the off color dobies I have had.

guy1235432 will become famous soon enough
I just have a question about the k9 showstopper supplement.

If I am using Canidae ALS as my puppy's food currently, is it okay to supplement with showstopper to help combat his flaky skin. I just don't want to over supplement him and cause problems. (I will be switching him to a different food with some veggies and fruits in the coming days probably artemis large breed puppy.)

Cinny's kibble is Salmon based and her coat looks great.
We also give her dogzymes and Nupro.

I have been told that not only is omega 3 good for dog's skin, it also acts as a mild calmer. I've been told that many working dogs in the UK are given pilchards or sardines so that they are not as crazy in the periods where they're not out for a full day shooting etc. Apparently it helps to allow them to control their energy levels while maintaining a high protein content in the food. Whether that's true or not i'm not sure, but that is what they say!

Another fantastic oil for coats is Evening Primrose. HOWEVER i stopped feeding this to my dobe Bruce when i found out it can cause hyperactivity in some dogs! Not what I needed in a dobie at around 12 months old!!!! Works a treat for my older lab cross Shadow though, he's had flaky skin for years and despite looking into allergies, food and anything else you can think of, it's been the only thing that's worked for him!
