yep, been there.. sounds complete normal. you have to let everything balance out and stabilize. At some point you will want to start phasing back in on whatever food Jager will regularly eat.

After seeing "solid" again today I added a few pieces of his normal food in with the rice, hamburger, and banana. I am going to go get the pumpkin before puppy class today (vet okd because of solid for last two days). I am going real slow with bringing him back to his normal diet. I would like to be half way there by the time his meds wear off...poor little guy acts like he is starving though!

Just a couple of tablespoons, not the whole can.

Up to three little piles yesterday...scary that I now spend my days counting the times he goes poo. he he he Thank-you to all who offered your advice and suggestions. He loved the pumpkin (only two little spoonfuls) and I will freeze the rest. Now if I could just convince him that deer poop is not good! Have to love living in the forest!!!

yay poop Since owning our dobie I have become a poop expert of sorts... needless to say, I don't get invited to too many parties (oh, that poop guy....)
