BreathaLyser?

Anybody else ever used this stuff. I know a good bone chew will clean teeth too, but sometimes the plaque really builds up especially on older dogs teeth. One of my dogs owners is trying it {their Vet recommended it} and they asked me if I had ever heard of it. I had not.

"BreathaLyser", this is what it contains Purified water,Glycerine, Xytilol,Polysorbate 20, Potassium sorbate, Emilgase(enzyme), Zinc gluconate, Sodium benzoate, FD&C Blue No.1 and Chlorhexidine gluconate. It softens plaque so that brushing removes it. Zoe's owner's have used it for a week now. 1 tsp. per 500 ml of her drinking water, and they say the plaque is turning into an easily scrubbable paste.
This is meant as an occasional 'fix', not to be used all the time.

I haven't heard of it, but we could sure use something for our Sheltie. Boris's teeth are great, but the Sheltie's get horrible right away after a cleaning, even though they are both on the same diets, etc.

Do you know where it's available?

They got it from their Vet who is on Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada. I will try and get more info on where the Vet actually purchases it.
