my girl has not been eating that good for the last two days, she is not showing any intrest in food,

i gave her just a cup of kibbles 150gms with one egg day before yesterday and she didnt eat when i gave her another cup, yesterday she just ate an egg and didnt take the beef mixed rice i gave,

she take plenty of water since its quite humid out here,

she is perfectly in good health because she is active, extremely attentive and playful,


what to do, would be grateful for yor replies

does she seem her normal self or off colour ??

it has been very hot here today and my 2 have eaten hardly a mouthfull each but have been active and normal.

she may be a picky eater. or putting up a fight cos she dont want to eat.

if she seems unwell take her to the vets to put your mind at rest.

if she seems normal in every other way keep a close eye on her and she will eat eventually.

they will not starve if they are well..

you know your dobe the best..

yes, thanks a lot for your reply,
as i mentioned she is perfectl alright, extremely attentive and playful, its just her eating that worries me,

she just ate an egg today and drank lot of water,

she is in perfect condition

just take note of her eating habits for a few days and see if her appetite improves. If you notice anything else, write it down, then if you need to visit the Vet you will have all the information for the Vet to help him diagnose any problems.

she is taking food somewhat better than the other day, she wants to keep on playing and not to eat, she seems to prefer chicken to beef,

Since she is not loosing weight it may just be the transition to it getting hotter outside... I would just take her in to get looked at if she starts loosing a lot of weight and different color.... My boy is a very picky eater where my girl inhales everything!! I mean Everything not matter how hot or cold it is outside!! If she starting to be picky with her food and wanting something else (Like you said she is liking chicken more then beef now) maybe try that...???
