| Poor baby That is AWFUL. But you know what....it makes him no less doberman. Love him for what he is and who cares about his ears. I say he doesn't need a hat, with enough love and attention.......he wont know he doesn't have ears

| Oh goodness, I just want to say first of all that I am very sorry for Baron. I agree with BIB, this doesn't make him anyless of a Dobe. I would be furious with this vet. This totally could have been prevented. This vet needs their ear crop license revoked. I am so sorry. YOU will be in my thoughts. |

| picture of Baron the day of ear crop....I just saw that too. They aren't wrapped at all. How did they get infected and when they did how could it not have been noticed? Did someone else wrap them up after the fact? |

| OK, I am confused. At first I thought this was a freshly cropped puppy, who a week later had infected ears so bad they might have to be amputated. Then I went and looked at Barons pic in the gallery and see that his ears were ready for taping. So, who posted the ears? The Vet? |

The Vet? | You are right, he was a freshly cropped pup who a week later had infected ears. The pic of him is from about an hour after we got home from the vet the day of the ear crop.

| dobieluvrKLE, Well, Baron and his ears sure looked good in the pictures for only an hour after getting him home from the cropping. But, in order to help others not have to go through what your pup is going through now. Please explain exactly what happened. As jdd asked did they get infected with no taping done, was he on antibiotics? ANything else you can tell us would help us understand HOW this happened.
How is Baron doing now? |
