Hi all,
First, thank you to everyone who's posted a welcome. I really appreciate the support. Question: Does anyone have any information on "Braveheart-Loyal Heart Dobermans" owned by Lucy Jakubowski in New York state? Her website was well done (though I've learned to skeptical), she appears to be a serious breeder, and she is on the outer limits of reasonable driving distance from me (I live in southwestern CT). Also, someone mentioned Avo Dobermans in western New York state. I would really appreciate any input on these, or any other, breeders of sound reputation.

Some one on DT has a Dog from her. They are very happy with it. I also got pre-approved for one of her puppies a year and a half ago. She does do all the health testing. The only down fall she has is her Dam is not Championed, but the Sire is. She sells her puppies with a limited Registration.
