Marienburg Dobermans

Hi,
I was just going through the posts and decided to join because i am looking for more info on Marienburg lines. There was one p[ost about them but then no real answers.

Also I havent heard good things about Wrath Liberator... any opinions?

I cant brag about my girl as her lines plain old SUCK that is why i have her, she is a breeder reject lol. ...Shes perfectly put together structually but thats about it...it is a darn shame how perfect she is.

Thanks for any info/input

There have been a couple of threads on Marienburg here if you do a search.

IMO, Wrath Liberator consistently produces quality dogs with good longevity. They're very proactive about health testing..I'd recommend them to anyone.

I know reputable breeders like Pat and Brian do their best to have healthy litters. But we didn't have much luck with longevity. My first male died when he was 7 and my second male was only 6 1/2. It breaks your heart losing our dobes, but I just think its harder on us when they're so young.

i absolutely agree on wrath liberator as breeders--top notch! and i thought there had been comments on them before in these forums,

marienburg? i know there are threads on marienburg. been at it a long time. mary rodgers has bred some nice dogs & she's bred some not so good dogs. i think she breeds too much. she doesn't do much in the way of health testing. i definitely didn't much care for what the dutch import dexter brought to her lines.

If you are interested in showing, Marienburg would be a good choice. They have bred some of the top dogs in breed history.

thea2003, I don't like you saying your girl is a "breeder reject", I know the dog and the truth is she is Z listed, not her fault, unfortunately there are breeders out there who only care about making money and aren't honest with people. Your girl is beautiful, not a reject just not desirable for breeding

GRACIEFACE idont think this is where you need to be attacking me both in public and private messaging me.

If I want to call MY DOG a reject i have every right to do that. Telling me to stop whining and callingme a liar is very immature on your end,I dont know what exactly you have against me.

What are her lines? I am guessing you are looking for another. would love to see pics of your girl. She would still be great at obedience or agility wouldn't she?

She would be GREAT at flyball, or so my Obedience trainer thinks, because her recall is immaculate and she is SO fast lol(velcro dog)
But is not a flyball class within walking distance(no car)
